Using the 14 Carrots method with a personalized, phased approach this package includes weekly 1:1 coaching calls (including an initial comprehensive assessment that gets to the root of your fatigue), bite-sized weekly goals, 11 weeks of customized (and flexible) meal plans, and the tools to sustain your most energetic lifestyle.

I am also the resident holistic nutritionist at Qi Integrated Health, a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic in Vancouver, BC. I support clients with a wide range of goals and health concerns in this setting. Appointments include a comprehensive assessment, 1:1 coaching, and meal planning services.
