By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Company. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Please note that Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach Elisa Kosonen is not a dietitian, physician, pharmacist or other licensed healthcare professional. It is the role of a Registered Holistic Nutritionist to partner with their clients to provide ongoing support and accountability in an opt-in model of self-care and should be done under the supervision of a licensed physician.

3. Digital Products/Courses
All digital 14 Carrots products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Product is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Product or the materials available on the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Product. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Online Payments: 14 Carrots uses the services of Practice Better Payments to protect our user’s financial information. Practice Better Payments uses infrastructure provided by Stripe. Stripe is certified as fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) Level 1, the payment industry’s highest level of protection.
Practice Better Payments uses multiple layers of security to protect sensitive payment information. The payments tool is built using Stripe’s API integration to manage the secure collection and transmission of payment data. Your payment credentials are encrypted and tokenized by Stripe to help ensure that unauthorized parties do not gain access to sensitive payment information. Refund Policy: The 14 Carrots 1:1 assessment and coaching package options can be refunded in full before the coaching begins. Once the program has started, if the client is unable to finish the length of the coaching option due to emergency or unforeseen circumstance, and/or the client or coach feels like it is not the right fit, then the client can pay for only the portion used up until the point they have stopped, and the remaining balance of the package can be refunded.
Technology Issues: You are responsible for ensuring you have all of the necessary technology to run these online programs. Refunds will not be offered based on your technical issues. We will not be liable for any technical issues. The Company is not responsible for broken links, site crashing, or spreading a virus.
Supplements: Supplements may be recommended to you as part of a program/course. Any supplements required are at your expense.
Download links for e-products (books, guides and video lectures) are valid and functioning for one (1) download per link.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser to know where downloaded files end up on their own computer systems and to back-up any downloadable products. 14 Carrots is not responsible for lost documents or computer mishaps. Additional download links for lost/misplaced files will not be provided.
Once your download link is sent to you, it is your responsibility to download all documents in a timely manner.
Online Delivery:
Delivery of documents to accompany program registration should be received within shortly placing order. This is an automated process and should function efficiently 24 hours a day. If you do not see an email with a confirmation and link to download your product, please do the following:
Confirm that payment went through
Confirm that you entered the correct email address
Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash
All orders will have a receipt number. If you are not sure whether a purchase went through, email hi@fourteencarrots.com and someone will get back to you within 48 business hours.
4. Use License
All content is under copyright by 14 Carrots. The unauthorized commercial publication, copying or misuse of text, images, audio or video, or other content of this website or blog for selling, circulation, redistribution, and retransmission are prohibited, except as authorized by 14 Carrots. Anyone wishing to use any of the above information for commercial use, publication, or any purpose, other than fair dealing as defined in the Copyright Act of Canada, must request and receive prior written permission from 14 Carrots.
Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information, ebooks, programs, freebies) on 14 Carrots Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
